Salam Ramadan

Wishing you a blessed Ramadan. 


Drink a lot of water at sahur and iftar.
Don't eat spicy food at sahur. 
Snack fresh fruits after terawih. 
Always break fast with a glass of water and few dates before any heavy meal.  
Stay away from oily, fried and unhealthy meal. 

Have a healthy fasting month :)

Soft-Boiled Egg Salad




I made this simple dish for morning snack when I'm at home on weekends. Usually, I took my breakfast shake around 9am and lunch at 2pm. So, in between meal I will fix myself with a little bit heavier snack to munch on rather than  just an apple ;)

Soft-Boiled Egg Salad
Serving for 1
170 cal

Ingredients:
1 soft-boiled egg
4 - 5 butterhead
1/2 tomato
1 tsp of olive oil
Crush roasted almond
White pepper

Beat A Weight Loss Plateau

Have you experience a weight loss plateau? I think Yuz and I are having this problem. Our weight loss progress are too slow these pass few weeks and it killing us *sobs*

After read few websites on plateau, I get to know that to pass thru this phase, we need to do some changes in our routine like change style of exercise, split workouts, try new recipes of healthy meals, reduce calories intake, think positive and healthy, learn to relax and be patient. 

Plateau almost makes us give up. Urgh. 

Well, we need to fix this ASAP.

Fit My Old Work Pants

I still in a long way to go to fit my (dream) skinny jeans but today, I finally can fit in my old work pants which I bought 5 years ago. FIVE YEARS AGO. The first few pair of pants I bought when I start my first job in 2008. Hoorahhhhh!
