Quick Bite : Smoked Salmon Sandwich


Ingredients:
2 slices of wholegrain bread
1 white egg - scrambled
1 egg - scrambled
2 - 3 slices of smoked salmon
Butterhead
White pepper

Directions:
1. Toasted 2 slices of wholegrain bread and put aside.
2. Combine white egg and 1 egg in a bowl. Heat medium non-stick pan and scramble the eggs.
3. In a plate, start layering with toasted bread, butterhead, scramble egg, smoked salmon and sprinkle white pepper to taste.
