Salam Ramadan

Wishing you a blessed Ramadan. 


Drink a lot of water at sahur and iftar.
Don't eat spicy food at sahur. 
Snack fresh fruits after terawih. 
Always break fast with a glass of water and few dates before any heavy meal.  
Stay away from oily, fried and unhealthy meal. 

Have a healthy fasting month :)
