I always feel like to munch something around 11am everyday and I know it's time to snack. When you're hungry, you just want to eat whatever you see within your reach.
I look around and saw my colleague munching on something. That salty potato chips on her desk looks so tempting. I'm salivating and about to asked her for abit then there's an imaginary lightning snapped me that instant. NOOO, IT'S FREAKING 400+ CAL!
I cancelled my intention, slowly pull my drawer and took out a small pack of oat biscuits. Quick read at the back of the pack and that 3 pieces of Julie's Oat 25 contain ONLY 130 CAL.
