Cabaran Kaki Seksi

Hai semua. Hehe. Ok, I found this in Facebook some time ago, it's a repost from the link on the picture. Konon nak buat. Tapi tak buat - buat jugak. Now, apa kata kita buat together? Maybe we can start tomorrow? Esok ya? Jom jom! Sementara tunggu esok, kita study the exercise dulu. Boleh?

Ok, now let's go to YouTube dan tengok macam mana nak squat, lunges, toe touch, wall sit dan jumping jack yang betul. Kita tak nak any sprains or sakit lutut & pinggang. 

The exercise should start & end with 20 squats. Can't wait!
