Usually on weekedays, I don't really have time to make smoothies. So when I have time on weekends, I try to makes delicious smoothies for my breakfast to start my day. The easiest one is fruits smoothies.
And today, I manage to make myself a Yellow Mellow Smoothies. A glass full of every bits of apple, orange & mango.
Yellow Mellow Smoothies

Ingredients:
2 scoop of Herbalife F1 Strawberry Flavor
1 scoop of Herbalife F3 Whey Protein Powder
1/2 medium Apple - diced
1/2 medium Orange - sliced
1/2 medium Mango - diced
Sprinkle of Chia Seeds
Water
Ice cubes
