I love eggs.
Egg contains protein, iron, omega-3, choline, folate, niacin, lutein, riboflavin, vitamin A, vitamin B12, vitamin D, vitamin E and zinc.
Most of egg meals are simple, delicious and healthy. Egg salad sandwich, poached egg on toast, soft boiled egg salad, eggs with soldiers, scramble eggs, omelette, eggs benedict etc. Yums.
When I'm rushing and need a quick fix of lunch, eggs are my first choice.
